Mother’s Day 2020 was the hardest one for me yet. Hers a little truth about ego coming back into my life and how I’m trying to heal the abuse of my narcissistic father and break that cycle but that real life, especially in this Covid crisis is hard. Trauma is tough!!!

Moving to Bandon Oregon in 2018 was a dream come true. As an ankylosing spondylitis auto immune warrior, I have learned to live without pain or how to lessen pain and live my dream life, and I’m thriving. I encourage you to open your mind, open your heart, and find your dreams.
