I talked to Beauden Barrett about his career to date. Eight years playing for the All Blacks has given him a wealth of experience, not just on the field but also in balancing his life outside of rugby. He is an absolute professional who leaves nothing to chance and has his routines down to a fine art. Most importantly though, he is a genuinely lovely guy from rural Taranaki who loves his family, his dogs & the game of rugby.

Hannah Wilkins

Hannah Wilkins is a Dietitian based in Mount Maunganui. Hannah specializes in working with patients suffering from Diabetes. In this episode of The Life Edit, Hannah gives us some insight on what a healthy diet actually looks like and what principles we should be implementing in our day to day. There is so much information out there and maybe diet is a topic in which we will never know the whole truth but I believe this chat for sure points us in the right direction. Hannah is also my sister & although my opinion is potentially biased, she knows what's up!

A passionate man with a purpose is how I would describe Richie Hardcore. Mental health has become a buzzword in society in recent times and it absolutely should be according to Richie. Creating awareness of mental health has become a labour of love for the ex-martial arts fighter. In this podcast episode, he talks about his own personal struggles, how we can help ourselves to be mentally healthy and how we can support those around us who may be struggling too. An absolute legend, doing his bit to help others and talk about those things that aren't so easy for everyone to open up about.

Lydia O'Donnell

You may have seen Lydia O'Donnell sprinting the streets of Auckland for hours on end. She is a running powerhouse and I am constantly in awe of her 5.30am instagram stories where she is pounding the pavement to make up her 130 odd kilometres per week. After leaving a job with Nike, she is now a private running coach and so she genuinely is living and breathing what she loves to do, run. I talked to Lydia about her journey so far, her greatest achievements and how taking time for herself allowed her to focus on what was most important.
