Just two people on the same couch, one scrolling and one staring, both feeling alone.  We’re naming what that quiet unraveling really looks like: emotional paper cuts, subtle disrespect, and unrepaired tension that slowly turn partnership into pressure and peace into emotional survival. We talk about why a man can go from consistent effort to sudden distance, and how the atmosphere of the relationship often shifts before he does. I walk through emotional framing and why “So you couldn’t text me back?” lands like an accusation even when the real feeling underneath is hurt.
