In this episode, Grace talks about her experience with the amateur versus professional game of rugby, the importance of creating a supportive environment, and dealing with the grief associated with losing her father. Grace also talks with the boys about how 2016 was her "turning point" when she missed out on the 64-woman squad for the Australian team for a tour of New Zealand, which only stoked the "fire in her belly". Throughout the episode, Grace highlights how reaching out and being open about her own emotional needs was a turning point in her looking after her mental health after growing up on a farm where she "just got on with it" and compartmentalised everything.
