How Do I feel Good When The News Is So bad?

Descripción

President Trump announces he has deployed the National Guard to take over Washington DC, despite data reporting a decline in crime in recent years. Outside of Trump's MAGA base, Trump's announcement is the predictable first move of a dictator who will make similar moves throughout blue states. Adding to this pressure is Trump's DOJ's decision to not release the Epstein files, which were considered key evidence against Trump's perceived enemies: democrats and the "deep state." What is the best thing to do when we want to be actively helpful, and at the same time, we need to feel happy, fulfilled, and live a productive life? Lou and Marilyn outline our options, make helpful suggestions, and like always, keep it real.

Free Audio Book: The Living Stress Free Bible - Chapter Two

If you were "stress-free" what would that feel like? During this challenging time of COVID-19 I would guess most people are not even thinking about this as a possibility. I invite you to take 20 minutes to listen to Chapter 2 of my book, The Living Stress Free Bible: 20 Techniques To Make Your Life Less Stressful. This chapter is called "Target Practice" and I talk about how important it is to imagine having already achieved what you are internally striving for before it happens. I also touch upon one reason people who are stuck at home right now are struggling so much. If you'd like a copy of my book, it is available on our website, LivingStressFree.Org, or on Amazon. If you enjoy the audio version, keep tuning in to these podcasts!
