On today's episode I'm joined by my friend Abbey who is a real advocate for self-love. We discuss this lost art of prioritising your own well-being and happiness and ensuring that you take care of your own needs and aren't constantly sacrificing your well-being to please others. It's so easy to get caught up in life and forget to actually stop and check in with ourselves. And also it might be cliched, but if you don't love yourself first and foremost, how can you expect to love others, or to be loved in return? Let's be more kind and compassionate towards ourselves! Bring on the self-love!
