Traveled back to Utah this week to speak at the Medical Aesthetic Art Institute Conference!

On our long ride this week we had a group of road cyclists push each other to be better! There is so much power in groups!

God is good

Sometimes it is hard to see things in an arial perspective about life, but it sure is nice when you eventually can see how things were meant to work out!

Airport Anxiety

I missed my flight! AHHH!! This is definitely my weak link at the moment with my anxiety already, and adding a missed flight really allowed me to reflect on this weakness.
