Descripción

I was thinking a lot lately and realized that one reason to not getting people on board for coaching is because they feel shame. So in this episode I'm talking about that issue around the stigma in our society and community of having a therapist or a coach. I hope I can convince you that is a good thing to have these kind of supports in your life, and there is nothing to be ashamed of if you want to deal with your past/fears/improve yourself/have a better life.

episode Episode #4: Declutter to make space for the new things artwork

Episode #4: Declutter to make space for the new things

In this episode of my podcast I'm sharing some tips I used as well to declutter my physical space and my mind. From time to time, I think it is important that we let go of old things, especially if they don't serve us anymore, they are of no use anymore and if they are holding us back from achieving our desires. With decluttering and letting go of old stuff, physical items and/or limiting beliefs, bad experiences - we can make space for the new things that are coming to us. They are already "at the door" but can't fit in because the old s*it keeps up too much space. Declutter them, let them go, release them, sing them Bye-bye-bye by the N'Sync - and let the new, exciting things to come in. I've created a FREE pdf with some affirmations as well. Send me a DM on my Instagram @m.e._wellbeing and I'll send the link to you. I hope you like this episode. Thank you for listening! And if you need any support or guidance, feel free to reach out! xx Erika

Episode #3: My next guest - Heather Livesey

In this episode I'm talking to Heather Livesey who is a Video and Camera Confidence Coach. She lives in South Africa. She is a nature and animal lover, a free spirit with an amazing energy. We touch base on topics like: confidence (of course :) ), limiting beliefs, the importance of being in alignment and/or pivot if we don't feel something is right for us, being comfortable with who we are, being true to ourselves, being authentic, working on ourselves. We also talk about therapy and hardships, learning and growth. It was an amazing chat and we went with the flow of the topics. We hope you will enjoy it as much as we did. Episode #1: My first guest - Szabina Matyas

Szabina is one of my greatest friends. We met about 9 years ago in Dublin, were flatmates for 2 years and even though she lives in Dubai now, we still try to catch up from time to time and check on what's new in the other's life. Szabina is a Health, Fitness and Fencing Coach, building her business and life in Dubai where she moved about 5 years ago. She is an adventurous, self-motivated, goal-getter who overcame many obstacles, struggled with tough sh*t, managed to get up stronger than before, but still stayed, humble, kind and grateful. In this episode we were chatting about fencing, obstacles, some limiting beliefs, life in general and many other things. We hope you will enjoy it and find some inspiration in it.
