When talking about maternal mental health (a huge component of what this show is centered on!) we usually gravitate towards anxiety and depression. But mental health--and disordered thinking--spans way more things than those too! Today we are learning about OCD--what it is, what it is NOT, how to recognize it and when to know you need help from therapy of some kind.
