In this episode, I talk to my amazing previous client, Charlotte Watson.
Charlotte is a passionate advocate for well-being, with a personal journey that has deeply shaped her coaching approach. As an experienced Life Coach specialising in mindset, confidence, and wellness, she empowers clients to gain clarity, build resilience and create balance and freedom in their lives.
After years in a demanding high level corporate creative role, Charlotte faced complete burn out after suffering with chronic pain, fibromyalgia, IBS, anxiety, and depression. Living overseas in Hong Kong, far from family, she reached a breaking point that led her to transform her mindset and lifestyle. Through addressing deeper traumas and embracing holistic practices, Charlotte has healed her body and mind, rarely experiencing symptoms today.
Her recovery inspired her to help others do the same. Alongside her coaching, Charlotte is a certified Yoga and Pilates Instructor, Reiki Practitioner, and Sound Bowl Healer. She specialises in transformational one-to-one coaching, group workshops, retreat days, and corporate wellness programmes, creating supportive spaces for self-awareness, growth, and balance.
As a new mum, Charlotte is navigating the beautiful and wild journey of motherhood while balancing the pressures of parenting, building her business, and raising her baby boy, Reggie. She understands the challenges of juggling it all and is passionate about helping other mums prioritise self-care, mindfulness, and resilience, even in the smallest ways.
Charlotte’s mission is to empower others to uncover their best selves, build confidence, and create lives they truly love—meeting them where they are and supporting them every step of the way.
