During the middle of a global pandemic, it seems like everything is twice as hard as it normally would be and it can be hard to keep up with it all. That's why we've put together a few suggestions on things that we've found helpful to destress during the work day. Hopefully you find some of these to be beneficial as well!

On today's episode, we talk with a dear friend of ours, Courtney Coffey! Courtney is a producer, content creator, social media expert, actor, and confidence coach based in Los Angeles, California. Her passion for the entertainment industry began at a young age. After earning a degree in Media, Arts, and Design from James Madison University in Harrisonburg, Virginia, she moved to Los Angeles to begin a professional career in entertainment. She is currently an associate producer at Walt Disney Television. While there, she has: - Become one of the youngest producers at Walt Disney Television - Lead the digital team on the content strategy and marketing for ABC's hit comedy Schooled as well as other programs - Established herself as a founding member of a company-wide initiative dedicated to diversifying the entertainment industry at Walt Disney Television Outside of her position with ABC, she is an actor and digital content creator. She is the founder of Simply Colorguard, a blog dedicated to those trying to navigate a life in the marching arts. She also has a YouTube channel (youtube.com/courtneycoffey) and coaching business focused on helping young millennials and older members of gen Z navigate big changes in their lives while achieving their personal and professional goals.
