Coffee, Roots, and Radical Honesty: The Scorpio Full Moon Skycast & Integration

In this session, we found the “emergency brake” in a world that’s been spinning too fast. Recently, the sky has been dominated by Fire (Aries) and Air (Gemini), leaving many of us feeling “untethered”—buzzed, anxious, and over-stimulated by external noise. This Scorpio Full Moon landed in our 4th House—the house of home, family, and lineage. It was a call to take a break from the external noise. The Skycast: Cutting Through the Noise * The Outer Noise: We broke down the heavy activity in the 7th, 9th, and 11th houses, where power dynamics, spiritual quests, and social circles have been pulling our energy away from ourselves. * The Minimal Elements: With very little Water or Earth in the transits, we discussed the need to manually create our own grounding. * The 4th House Anchor: We defined the 4th house as the “behind-closed-doors” self—who you are when the world isn’t watching and you’re safe in your own sanctuary. The Integration: Modeling the Practice I invited the community into my prayer closet to show what a real, unpolished integration looks like: * Grounding with the Ancestors: Sharing a cup of coffee with my lineage to honor spiritual strength and inheritance. * Physical Roots: Eating sweet potatoes, a root vegetable to physically anchor that “floating” energy back into the body. * Tibetan Sound Bowl: Using a heavy, grounding frequency to help the nervous system release the day’s “bullshit” and find a return to home. The “Nosy” Card Pulls The Heartstrings Oracle brought some radical honesty to the table: * The Throat Chakra: A recurring theme of speaking our emotional depth and vocalizing needs without worrying about the outcome. * King of Wands & Two of Wands: Shifting from “fantasy” into “justified confidence”—trusting that our spiritual paths are real, sustainable, and valid. * Breaking Cycles: A powerful look at ending patterns, particularly when those closest to us are reluctant to let go of the old version of who we were. “Resistance and pressure are what create the diamond.” Whether you are currently being “dragged” through a lesson or standing tall in your “divinity,” this session is a reminder that you are whole in all your phases.
