Welcome to the Meditation Room. If you have never meditated or if you have meditated previously but did not get the results you wanted and you would like to enhance your progress and get more from your meditations then you will be impressed with what this programme will do for you. Meditation heals unresolved emotional issues at the deepest level including anxiety, depression, anger, fear and many other dysfunctional feelings. It is a way of both relaxing and focusing the mind.
