Maurice, a college graduate of kinesiology decides to change his career path and enter the world of sales, realizing its potential to generate substantial earnings if he uses the gift of gab correctly. Marcus, a successful barber who has made 6 figures in the last 3 years, decides to start a  top tier shop of his own, aka "Tier 1"

On this very informative episode we have our guest Jorge Rosado fill in for Tekolotl. He explains the work he does in the community and his "man" journey of how he used ceremony and other forms of guides, such as men circles and The Men's Weekend to help him learn how to be the best man he could be. He shares that his experiences granted him the tools needed to overcome some of the short falls of his past and also gave him more insight of being a father, husband, and over all a better person. Needless to say the cast gained some great knowledge from our highly regarded guest. Check out part 2 as it picks off where we left off on this episode.
