Tips to Having a Productive Day

In today's episode we're talking all about how you can have a successful and productive day! I share my own tips with you, tips I've started to implement into my own life, and personal experiences with you. As a college student I've had to learn how to manage my own time and that has directly impacted how I treat productive days. So if you're a college student, or even if you're not, I think you can definitely take a lot from this episode.

Setting Healthy Boundaries

This is, I think, a common struggle among most people. Maintaining boundaries while supporting your friends and family, although this is important if you want those meaningful relationship to survive. While many of us allow toxic individuals into our lives it's easy to let them take over our lives. I'm here to let you know you don't have to as much as you think you do. Be there for the friends and family that are good for you by having confidence and trusting yourself! The Basics of Manifesting and Fate

This is my very first (official) episode of the podcast and I'm so excited to share it with you. It's basically a crash course in everything that I have learned and taught myself about manifesting and fate. We talk about what it means, how I treat it in my own life, how you can be more productive using these techniques, and a few simple ways to implement manifesting and fate into your own life.  Throughout my own journey, manifesting and fate has taught me to be a more positive person even when I'm struggling to think positively.
