06: Transferring Trauma- How Trauma Transfers Happen & How to Avoid It.

In one of the last episodes, I talked about the importance of taking time and space to heal and grow. Reason why is because we can easily transfer trauma. Its not something thats seen but its something thats felt. Trauma transfer can look like a parent transferring their traumas/ pain to their child. Maybe if their parents were abusive or emotionally/ physically unavailable, then they transfer the same traumatic experience. Or if you were heartbroken from being cheated on and you do the same thing to your next relationship Transferring trauma on social media, maybe you were bullied, judged, and you pass that trauma onto someone else and send negativity their way Be very careful with your thoughts about yourself and others People can sense when someone is hating on them, sending them negative intentions, dont be one of those people getting triggered by someones light When you do feel this, take a moment to hold space forself and know this is sign from your soul thats its seeking wholeness and love. Someone who is on the path of wholeness and true confidence doesnt get angry when someone is shining Give yourself love and transmute that energy It can even simply look like someone dumping all their junk/ insecurities/ heaviness on you and you receiving it on your field, and it multiplies and transfers Energy is real, be aware of who you allow in your field.. Some people are subconciously constantly looking for someone they can transfer their trauma to. Healed people heal people, hurt people hurt people Healing takes time and space. Thats why its important to heal your traumas so you don’t transfer it over Where or when have you transferred trauma to someone else? Were you neglected and now your neglecting Do you spread gossip and judgement upon people? What helps is noticing when you're in the midst of transferring trauma. Identifying that pattern and changing the habits, so others dont have to suffer the way that you did. In some cases you might have to get vulnerable and honest about why you showed up for someone the way you did. And take the path of healing and growth. Life has been a bit crazy for everyone its safe to say. we all went through lessons of deep trust and surrender this year I was guided to do a lot of traveling  leaving everything I've ever known behind, leaving my comfortzone  it felt really uncomfortable, uncertain and confusing at times as I continue going on my path.
