The Mind of a Clueless Girl
Hi all, This week I wanted to talk about something that I do struggle with to quite a great extent, and that is, always feeling like I am a burden. The reason I decided to speak on this topic is because something that happened recently left me feeling like a total burden, and it was only until a few hours later, I thought to myself "You did nothing wrong. Stop thinking your problems aren't important/real". So, I thought, I am sure I am not the only one that struggles with this feeling, so I wanted to share my experience with how I feel like a burden about a lot of things, and ways I am trying to improve this. We have to realise that at the end of the day we are just human, and it is okay to want to occasionally share your thoughts and feelings, that doesn't make you a burden, it just makes you normal!
