This is probably the part about my life that inspires and motivates people the most! It is something I receive comments about constantly. Within this episode I chat about how I: - Approach nutrition and exercise/fitness as a long-term lifestyle rather than a quick fix or a short-term solution to a quick goal - Align my nutrition and exercise/fitness choices to my core values - Sync my nutrition and exercise/fitness to my menstrual cycle - Approach nutrition and exercise while experiencing chronic gut issues (IBS) and manage my energy with burnout and fatigue - Get back on the health/wellness bandwagon after I have ‘fallen off the horse’ My intention with this episode is to really make it clear that living a lifestyle where health, nutrition and wellness are a priority is EASY, DOABLE, and absolutely does not need to take over your life.
