In honor of National Cyber Security Awareness Month, we’re bringing you an interview with Greg Taposci, Senior Assistant Attorney General and Director of the Office’s CyberOhio Initiative. American Express Co.  The Court ruled 5-4 that provisions in American Express’ contracts with retailers—which prevented businesses from steering customers to use other credit cards that charged lower fees—did not violate federal antitrust law.
