Forgiveness is not for the faint of heart

Forgiveness can seem like an insurmountable hurdle. Especially if we need to forgive someone else. In this episode, I discuss why I think we can’t actually forgive others and that forgiveness isn’t really about others. Trust Is An Inside Job

For many of us, trust is a four-letter word. I think that’s because it can feel like a powerless state. While trust is a vulnerable state, I don’t think it’s a powerless one. In this episode, I talk about how I think our understanding of trust focuses more on the external experience rather than our internal experience, why that makes us feel so powerless, and what we can do to change that.
