The Pump brothers sold their circus "Cirque Du Pump" many years ago to concentrate on terrorising the residents of their home town with their cantankerous pranks and vile behaviour. Especially on their favourite day of the year: Halloween. This one, however, may prove to be their last as their past comes back to haunt them in the most unexpected of ways.
