This week's episode we are talking about Ego. Yes , the elephant in the room has been revealed especially for us athletes. We all got a little Ego let’s just be honest. It’s at the center of who we are , what we’ve done , and where we’ve been in this life. I’ve learned that same Ego can destroy you if you let it , especially if you’ve grown accustomed to a certain way of living. I love breaking down the barriers between human emotion and public perception especially when it comes to us athletes and how we carry ourselves. Because we all know how big us Athletes Ego’s can be.

We shot this episode right after the news of the mass shootings a few months back and as you can see my energy was very disturbed while recording this podcast. As an empath in todays world it comes with such a heavy burden to feel the worlds pain as you try to live your life. You can’t just operate like everyone else , everything that takes place effects you mentally and emotionally. Especially with the economy being down , the War on Ukraine 🇺🇦, Brittney Griner still being in police custody over a cannabis pen, gas prices through the roof , Roe v Wade being overturned , inflation, like I can go on & on about the state of the world 🌎 .  Lastly , the mental health state of America is at an all time low yet we continue to walk around walking wounded like we didn’t just go through a 2 year pandemic that left a lot of people mentally and emotionally unstable.
