Descripción

In this episode we don't dwell on the science of sleep and use scare tactics to work out how likely you are to die early because you struggle with sleep.... what we want to do is find out what motivates you to stay awake, we find out what pain and struggles you are going through daily and how sleep can impact that. The most important thing we discuss is how its okay to have a bad nights sleep, we compare it closely to losing weight and becoming fitter and more active. We have to be kind to ourselves when we make mistakes and keep going. Let me know what you think and I hope you took a lot away from this one
