Sometimes The Party Collab is approached with an event that has a scheduling conflict for one of us. Or sometimes Sarah or Melanie are approached by a friend or neighbor that we figure out if we want to put it under the The Party Collab, Cultivate with Sarah, or Melicious Events name.  This year we had a few weddings that fell in our laps through referrals and family friends, which we did individually. In this episode you'll hear how those wedding went. After our wedding season came to a close, we both agreed that weddings are just better with two wedding coordinators than one. Yeeven and Rob's Wedding Recap

We sometimes coordinate week of/day of and other times we have a wedding like Rob and Yeeven's. They only had a few vendors selected and plans put together when we joined up with them and planned the entire rest of the way! By planning alongside with a couple, we always learn a lot. Each couple and each wedding are different so we are constantly learning on how to approach situations better than before.  This wedding was fun to plan because we were able to introduce our couple to so many of our favorite vendors. Plus, they just wanted a party once all the traditional stuff got out of the way. That was amazing and so fun. (You'll hear about the fanny pack drop dance in this episode). Sydney and David Wedding Recap

Sydney and David's celebration lasted two long beautiful days and we were so happy to be there! Sydney has previously been a wedding planner and knew that day of, she did not want to do all the things that were to come. It was so smart of her to hire the both of us to help.
