Jeff Frye played in the major leagues for almost ten years and hit .290. He was acquired by the Red Sox in June of the 1996 season and helped lead the Red Sox to a remarkable turnaround where they almost made the playoffs. He would end up playing four seasons with the Red Sox. In our interview Jeff goes into detail about how he ended up in Boston and how his beef with Dan Duquette led to his departure from Boston. Jeff shares stories about being drafted, his first MLB game and facing guys like Roger Clemens.
