The Prevail Podcast
Mark went from having severe social anxiety, to 10 years later helping others that struggle with anxiety and crushing his goals. What we love about Mark is his ability to have such amazing perspective in life, and knowing that he is MORE than just the sport that he participates in. So many athletes have a bad training session or a bad race and become derailed. In this episode we get into everything from nutrition, (how you don't have to spend a ton of money to eat well and like a champion) to mental toughness training tips, to some of Mark's biggest struggles and how he got through them. *Please note, we had a couple of moments where the recording was lost and unfortunately weren't able to edit these out, so just know that they are no more than 10 seconds and the podcast picks right back up** About Mark Mark Bottenhorn is a professional mountain, ultra, trail and OCR athlete living in Dallas,Texas.
