In this episode, Coach Pop shares an article that was written by the Southwest Minnesota State University Mens basketball head coach Greg Stemen.  Coach Stemen says "rewarding experiences happen when you go through things that aren't necessarily fun in order to achieve results that often times exceed expectations".  I think we can relate this to not only sports, but, our everyday life with our career and our personal relationships.

In this episode, Coach Pop talks about how to leave negative comments to yourself.  All over social media and everywhere that has reviews and comments, there are to many negative things said.  One negative comment can have a bad effect on another person, so think twice before posting negative comments.
