Dylan Menges told his mom at a young age that he'd be an artist. After moving up in the big agency world, he missed the act of being able to create and making things with his hands so he left the corporate gig and started Menges Design. Dylan sits down with Josh Miller of Matchbox Ltd to chat about where he started compared to where he is now and how murals became his primary focus. Utilizing your team to build a better future for your clients with Abby David & Erin Nealy of Bridgeway Academy | The Purpose Project 04

Abby & Erin crossed paths at client's homes while running their own speech and music therapy businesses. After lots of conversations over wine and realizing there was a need for a space where a family could get all of the therapies their child would need at one place, they knew they needed to think bigger. Sixteen years later and Bridgeway Academy is in a new space with an incredible team working together to make some amazing things happen for their students. In this episode of The Purpose Project, Josh Miller digs into how they both discovered a passion for helping kids with autism and what they do to improve the organization from a team perspective.  For more information on Bridgeway Academy and all of the great things the team behind the organization does: http://bridgewayohio.org/ + https://www.instagram.com/bridgewayohio/ For more information on The Purpose Project with Josh Miller: https://www.matchboxltd.com/ + https://www.instagram.com/matchboxltd/
