Year In Review

Today I'm talking about the lessons and GIFTS that I received in 2021. There was a deepening and embodiment of these truths and they're coming with me into 2022.  I'm sharing them with you today to inspire you to move through anything that is in your way of living a more aligned life that is filled with truth, trust, power and impact.  Transformational Manifestation: The Emotional Healing Experience will open again in February. Taking Chances

On today's episode I'm taking about the ONE thing in your way of Taking (more, bigger) Chances in your life. This one thing is a lens that keeps you from seeing your experience from a curious, unconditionally loving perspective.  And the more you can see your decisions in this light the more fulfilling your life will be.  Fulfillment requires banking on your hindsight.  Is your quality of looking back on what you did, decided and chose (your hindsight) an asset or a liability? Pleasure and Pain

Today I'm talking about how to become the soft landing spot for you own pain through aligning to your True Essence and feeling the Pleasure available to you when you do. (No. I will not stop talking about this) I explain the different between Integrative Pleasure and  Dissociative Pleasure and how we keep ourselves form healing our own (and the collective pain) when we believe: > If I feel pain I don't have access to pleasure >When I feel pleasure I don't feel pain We get to experience all of it. And when we do we are our own safe, soft landing pad to face, feel and heal Pain. I take you through the layers of deepening into Integrative Pleasure - from accessing it through surrender to expanding this energy of you into the world and allowing it to be your new identity. Power of Vulnerability

I'm inviting you to remember how vulnerability is a Power to lean into instead of a weakness to shrink away from. You can't have true connection and intimacy without vulnerability, first. Today I'm taking about vulnerability in the context of asking for and receiving support from: * yourself * others * spirit When you embody the felt experience of asking and receiving support in these different areas of your life you tap into the Universal Truth that we are all connected. We are One.  Being vulnerable is a willingness to release the facade of separation and individuality and reconnect to everything in a deeper way.

Positive Energy

Welcome to Episode 63. I've been having a powerful experience deepening into my own Energy and noticing how it's different than the energy of emotions. On this episode today I'm sharing what I'm finding about our True Essence and how no matter what our circumstances, our thinking, how we feel, what we do and create - THIS ENERGY OF YOU IS UNCHANGING. So many of us experience a shift in our emotions (energy in motion) when we shift our thinking. This is an amazing skill - to formulate the mindset that creates the energy you want to have - because of what you want to do and create. . AND this layer of energy created by mindset isn't who you are. It's a persona. A suit you wear. The face to put forward to the world.  You may identify with this Persona and it may work for you ...  But it ISN'T YOU.  Before thought and emotion, before this human process we identify as "Us", there is who we Truly Are. The constant golden thread of Youness that is always present. This is your Divine Essence.  This energy is always positive, blissful + infinite.  No mindset needed.  Are you allowing this energy of You to be more fully expressed? Or are you stacking energy over it with your positive thinking habits?
