Home
We took a "brief" hiatus, but we couldn't stay away. Literally, we were chatting with a girl, knew we had to record, and so did. And this episode on home was born. We've been brewing this episode for a while, as we've been finding and building our own homes after graduating. The top of the show is on our childhood homes, home ownership and communes, buying a first home, and making your own homes. Music from this show: Sweet Home Alabama (Lynyrd Skynyrd), She's Leaving Home (The Beatles), That's My Home (Louis Prima), Homeward Bound (Simon & Garfunkel), and Dusty Turnaround (Lizzie West).

Names
"What's in a name? That which we call a rose/ By any other word would smell as sweet" (Romeo and Juliet, II.2.44-45). This week we tackle how names effect us and our identity. We talk to our friends about strange names, how people we know were named, and how names might change as we grow older and when we go to different cultures. The music from this episode is: My Name Is (Eminem), A Boy Named Sue (Johnny Cash), The Name Game (Shirley Ellis), Say My Name (Destiny's Child), and Istanbul (They Might Be Giants).
Authority
We've all experienced moments when we discovered that the authority figures we've trusted and respected are not infallible. This week's episode is in three parts: stories about questioning the authority of our teachers, the police, and parents and family. The music from this show is: Minority (Green Day), Authority Song (John Mellencamp), I Fought the Law (The Clash), and Anything Goes (Cole Porter).
Getting in Trouble
This week we talk about getting in trouble. Is it a shameful experience of a source of pride? How do you tell your parents? Do your parents even care about it? Our music from this week is: Sounds of Silence (Simon and Garfunkel), Luck be a Lady Tonight (Frank Sinatra), The Truant (Jane Foster and Carla Mariani), and Trouble (Coldplay).
