Santiago Salazar entered the corporate America world starting his career at VRBO. What began as climbing the corporate ladder eventually turned into major burn out and leading to poor performance. After being let go from VRBO, Santiago endured a time of trial and tribulation uncertain as to what his next move in life would be. The next chapter of Santiago's life, however, would be one of major transformation finding his ultimate purpose and meaning in life by becoming an entrepreneur. In March 2021, Santiago opened his own flower shop in Austin, Texas called Flor Keeps.
