Descripción

Through our need to understand or have closure in our life experiences often keeps us stuck in cyclical behaviors or narratives that promote past trauma. It is imperative that we learn to surrender to the natural flow of our life and accept the discomfort that comes with growth and expansion. The quicker we surrender, the faster we move through those challenging situations. Then, when we have accessed the level of growth necessary for our vision to expand we are able to see the beauty of why certain things occur in our lives or can comfortably resolve ourselves to the truth that says I don't need to know the details, I just need to respond to the experiences in my life the way that is most reflective of my greatest good.

Self Loathing

Episode 2 of The Rebel Cause Podcast will be released today, titled Self Loathing. I firmly believe one of the greatest suppression techniques ever used against humanity is to convince us to loathe, mistrust, dislike or even hate ourselves. If we loathe who we are, it is virtually impossible to engage in the magic of our being. When this occurs, we cannot access the door to infinite possibility, that can only be found within. We then seek to fill the pain and emptiness through all things found outside of the self, keeping us consumers, or slaves to those who can provide what we “need”. While consumption might temporarily numb this ache of betrayal against the self, it never fills the void. It is long overdue that we all step into our power and live authentically. One of the hardest things you’ll ever do, is break the programming that keeps you from loving and accepting yourself exactly as you are. The roots of this weed run deep and they intend to choke the life out of everything that might bear good fruit. However, it is within your power to uproot these poisonous vines that have permeated your mind and kept you in bondage. You can begin today, to create the necessary changes that would set you free and with time, give you the ability to live fully and truly love yourself.
