Augusta University Anthropology Lecturer Stacey Thompson joins The Research Report to talk about her new book, Augusta Arsenal, which she co-authored with David Tucker. The book is a pictorial history of the Arsenal, which now is Augusta University. The book, which includes nearly 200 photos, is published by Arcadia Publishing. Thompson is the director of the Guard House Museum on the Summerville Campus. The Research Report is anchored by Dr. David W. Humphrey, who taught at Oklahoma Baptist University and long served as secretary of the American Journalism Historians Association, gave the fifth annual Future of the First Amendment Lecture at Augusta University's JSAC Coffeehouse on March 10.
