The RPE Podcast
In this episode we sit down and talk about all things osteoporosis with Frances Brown of FKBphysio. Frances has a masters in sports medicine physiotherapy and loves treating people living with osteoporosis and chronic conditions. In today's chat we discuss diagnosis including Z and T scores, how to communicate initially with people around osteoporosis, and communicating with people around what treatments they have available to them. We then go on to talk about programming and implementing strength and impact training in a range of individuals as well as overcoming barriers to people participating in treatment. We hope you enjoy this jam packed and very pragmatic episode. Thanks again to Frances for coming on!
