Our goals for the week: R: Compliment Ashley every day, spend a morning in nature, finish a project A: 10 minutes of parenting thought work daily, write two blog posts for SCSP, digitally scrapbook July and edit July videos {Also, we talk about how we want to renovate a camper!} Oh, and if you’re new around here, “Brooke and Jody” are Brooke Castillo and Jody Moore, Ashley’s podcast life coaches :D

Goals for the week: R: Take care of dishes immediately, finish one project, determine his future in aviation A: No treats except Picnic Party night, complete three small sewing projects, complete three freebie guides {Other deep thoughts included in this episode: intrinsic vs. extrinsic goals; thoughts are the only thing that stand in our way}
