Why procrastinating isn't your fault.

In this episode, I truly had my mind blown by Manna's description of what is happening in your mind when you are procrastinating. Whilst in my corporate training job I used to train on overcoming procrastination.  However, finding out what's really happening and understanding the deep levels going on in the mind made me realise that teaching tools will never make a significant difference. Learn how to understand your procrastination and the questions to ask yourself and the freedom you can give yourself so you never feel the frustration again.

Expectations & How They Affect Your Relationships

All relationships in your life whether it's husband-wife, parent-child, employee-employer, or best friends,  carry with them any number of expectations some that you expect to be met, and some that are put on you. Conflict in relationships occurs when our expectations are not met which violates our values and challenges our identity. Do we need a certain amount of expectations to have a functioning society/relationships, how many are too many, and what would life look like if we didn't have any expectations from anybody?
