When the diets don't work, you gotta dig a little deeper.

Like many people, I was a serial yoyo dieter. Forever looking for that fix which will finally keep the weight off once and for all. But it's never that simple, and it's not until you start do you realise that "calorie deficits" won't actually fix how you truly feel about yourself. But through little acts of self love, I have begun healing.
