Gentle Morning Flow  This gentle 30-minute yoga class is intended to slowly and gently awaken the body and the mind in preparation for a beautiful new day. Through a combination of holding postures and moving and transitioning between them, we will build awareness and bring a sense of balance and ease to the body and mind. This class is intended to help create space wherever you may need it. Take this time to connect through breath and mindful movement, create space to let your inner most light shine. Pam Lanhart grew up in the shadow of addiction. As a child of a parent that struggled with addiction, her plan for family was to ensure that her children were not affected by the disease. But her best efforts were not enough. As a result, Pam has become an advocate for families affected by addiction. Pam is the director of Thrive Family Support, which is a full-service family support network operating out of Minnesota that provides connecting families to critical resources, providing education, support and advocacy for family recovery. . She is also the co-founder of the Family-Rx program, which provides an online educational platform for impacted families. Pam is a certified family and peer recovery coach and interventionist. Through her coaching, speaking and writing, Pam helps families navigate the difficult journey of loving their struggling family members. What Pam is most passionate about is helping families move from the pain of suffering to the freedom of recovery. Married to her husband Paul for 39 years, Pam is the mother of 4 and grandmother of 10.
