On this episode we have the pleasure to introduce to the series Dr. Liesbeth Huybrechts [https://www.uhasselt.be/fiche?email=liesbeth.huybrechts] and Dr. Maurizio Teli [https://vbn.aau.dk/en/persons/144490]. Dr. Liesbeth Huybrechts is Associate Professor and works in the areas of participatory design, design anthropology and spatial transformation processes in the research group Arck, University of Hasselt. She has developed a research interest in collectivity and commons in city and region-making which she explores in several research and educational projects. Dr. Maurizio Teli is Associate Professor of Techno-Anthropology and Participation at the Department of Planning, Aalborg University, Denmark. He works at the intersection of participatory design, the analysis of socio-economic inequalities, and critical theories. He investigates how to co-design technologies contributing to commoning practices in society, with a particular focus on collaborations with grassroots initiatives – as visible in two of the last European projects he has been involved in, Commonfare and Grassroots Radio.
