A huge possible barrier to the creation of a park on Lot 48 is the fact that now the library department of Pawnee has put in a request for the property. This episode features the first appearance of Tammy Swanson (Megan Mullaly) and real life wife of Ron Swanson (Nick Offerman). Leslie Knope (Amy Poehler) has to help guide him back away from the darkness of his ex-wife, and restore balance to the beauty of the Park Department. Things are starting to get spicy when Leslie Knope spies on a teenage kid who she thinks is vandalizing city property on Halloween night year after year. Unfortunately, this leads to a serious injury for Andy (Chris Pratt) who still lives inside the pit, who finds himself in the position to sue the city.
