Stigma and societal stereotypes are on the agenda for the club this episode! We discuss tattoos, sexuality and familial roles in our modern society and all of the stigmas that are associated with these, how going against the grain is judged and some of the stereotypes we hold onto so tightly. In a roundabout way (as we do), we come back to the root cause of having stigma. Fear and judgement! It always comes back to the self. If we are judging someone, why? Where is that coming from? And how can we practice more self-acceptance to let that go and accept people for who they are, people! It was such a fun conversation to have and we hope you enjoyed it too.
