Ep. 13 – How I Learned to Sing: The Art of Remembering My Voice

Whether you’re a creative soul, a mother, or someone yearning to reconnect with your voice, this episode invites you to remember that your sound is sacred — and that your story is a song still unfolding. Through voice, I discovered layers of myself I didn’t know were waiting to be heard: the playful child, the perfectionist performer, the grieving woman, and the sovereign artist. Singing became my way of remembering who I am — not to impress, but to express. I share the messy middle of finding my sound, learning to be witnessed, and letting my art grow alongside motherhood, healing, and ceremony. I am back, friends! In this episode, we talk about what I've been up to for the last 2 years, how its informed the cycles of my life, business, relationships, motherhood and community. Also, in the spirit of imperfection, I set up my mic and then forgot to connect it. Excuse the less than perfect audio quality, it is making me cringe SO HARD but I will not let it stop me from posting this. The universe loves to serve me up with a sense of humour LOL.

EP 11 - Stop Thinking, Start Being (Your Highest Self)

A friend recently brought to my awareness that the higher self is not “her”, “she”, or “he” for that matter – it is “I”. This episode is a transmission of what it means to be in the embodiment of “I” and stop thinking we are separate from our highest alignment. This episode was a divine cocreation, inspired by some major awarenesses and shifts I’ve made since becoming a full-time #boymom. A little back story: I started my coaching journey with the desire to help women heal the feminine wounds within, and through that (unknowingly) did I really reject the masculine aspects of myself that needed attention and love. So, as the cosmic joke goes, I was gifted two boys to help me come back to earth and learn how to love and masculine for all “he” is – and for all that “I” am. Enjoy my rants on the patriarchy, but be warned: they are not your typical “break free from the matrix” BS you would have heard me go off about 4 years ago. Since life has called me to raise boys into men, I have had the chance to look deep within myself and ask some hard questions. By refusing to recreate this in my children, I have come to find harmony in my relationship with men and the masculine within us all. Our highest selves are not binary : They are whole, and demand our love and integration in the here and now. EP 10 - The Power of Initiation: My Home Birth Story

In this episode, I finally share my home birth story. I’ll be honest out the gate : IT IS NOT ALL SUNSHINE AND RAINBOWS. There is a lot of duality in this episode, and a lot of shadow and darkness that come with the beauty of birth. Birth, like all moments of initiation in life, has the potential to empower you or take your power away. I happened to experience both, even with what was declared as “one of the most easy births I’ve ever seen” by the doula and midwives. I’ve held off on sharing this for a while for a few reasons: it was a lot to process, and so naturally I felt I needed to be a lot more grounded to speak about it. I share this episode to document this story for myself and my child; and I share it to inspire powerful women who are looking to overcome their fears of pregnancy, birth and motherhood. This was my journey and I invite you to take refuge in the knowing that you can create your birth story to take whatever meaning you want.
