Episode 03 - Bipolar Disorder

In this third episode, we talk about Claudia’s bipolar disorder. We explain a more about the different stages of bipolar and Claudia’s experience in each phase. We talk about how Claudia came to learn about bipolar, as well as an early misdiagnosis, and challenges with medication. We also talk about her experiences managing the mental illness, as well as struggles with suicide and suicidal ideations. Episode 02 - Our Relationship

In this second episode, we go into more depth about our relationship and marriage. We explore our upbringing, past relationships, and how the impact of those events impacted our own relationship. We also talk about how started dating, our marriage, our ups and down, and the impact of that mental illness and suicide has had on us. We also focus on the successes and failures in managing conflict, compassion and love.

In this first episode, we introduce you to Vincent & Claudia. We cover a wide variety of topics like our early individual backgrounds, the history of our relationship together, as well as our mental illnesses and our struggles with addictions and road to recovery. We also talk about our motivations to why we wanted to create the podcast in the first place.
