Lauren is a trained Birth Doula helping clients navigate pregnancy, labor, & delivery. Her role is to help women feel empowered to have the birth that they want! She works closely with clients on their options through all stages of labor & delivery including but not limited to pain management, physical support, relaxation techniques, body positioning, etc. Making sure that they have everything they need to make informed decisions to advocate for themselves & their baby. Lauren is also a Reiki Practitioner & Intuitive Medium. She has known for several years that she has a unique gift that she is now using to help her clients.
