Descripción

In this episode of The Spiritual Realest, I take you into a deeply personal and honest conversation about what it really means to question your faith and why that doesn’t make you less connected to God, but possibly closer. I begin by grounding us in intention and energy, creating space for clarity, truth, and alignment. From there, I open up about my journey as a pastor’s kid, raised in the church, deeply rooted in Christianity, and fully committed to knowing God. But everything shifted when I was introduced to the idea that there may be more than one way to connect with Him. That moment did not shake my belief in God. It challenged the system I was taught. This episode explores what happens when the foundation you have always known starts to expand. What do you do when your spirit is curious, but your upbringing tells you to stay still. What do you do when the math is not making sense and your questions will not go away. I walk through that tension, the confusion, the fear, and the curiosity, and how it ultimately led me into a more personal and intimate relationship with God. We talk about the difference between questioning God and questioning the system you learned Him through. We explore why spiritual curiosity is not rebellion but growth. I share how important it is to test and try the spirit in every space, not just within religion. We also discuss letting go of fear and allowing it to push you toward deeper understanding, and the truth that God is not confined to one path, one practice, or one system. If you have ever felt guilty for asking questions, if you have ever wondered if there is more, or if you have ever felt your spirit pulling you in a direction you did not fully understand, this episode is for you. This week, I challenge you to approach God differently. Ask. Seek. Be open. Trust that the same God you have always known is big enough to meet you wherever you are and guide you to exactly where you are meant to be. Asking questions does not mean you are losing your faith. It might mean you are deepening it. episode Stop Being a Slave to Being Less Than artwork

Stop Being a Slave to Being Less Than

In this episode of The Spiritual Realest, I’m talking about freedom in a deeper way. Juneteenth is not just a date on the calendar. It is a reminder of what happens when people are kept bound by evil intentions, lack of knowledge, and systems that benefit from them not knowing they are already free. But that kind of bondage did not stop in the past. A lot of us are still mentally, spiritually, emotionally, and even religiously enslaved to things that no longer serve who we are becoming. I’m asking the real question: what are you still allowing yourself to remain captive to? A relationship? A job? A title? A tradition? A belief system? A version of yourself that was shaped by fear, obedience, survival, or validation? In this conversation, I reflect on Juneteenth, mental slavery, religion, curiosity, spiritual knowledge, and what it really means to seek wisdom, understanding, and truth for yourself. We also talk about frankincense, spiritual elevation, divine truth, and how every path worth walking should lead you back to deeper awareness. This week, I want you to sit with three questions: What have you always believed?  Why do you still believe it?  And does it still align with who you are today? I’m Scarlett Draught, heavenly minded, but always earthly good. Stop being a slave to being less than. The Work of Faith

What happens when you believe something is supposed to happen, but every step forward feels like another delay? In this episode, I talk about faith, frustration, waiting, and the uncomfortable space between knowing something is meant for you and actually seeing it show up. For a long time, I thought faith was simply believing. What I eventually learned is that faith often asks something of us in return. Sometimes it asks us to wait. Sometimes it asks us to trust. And sometimes it asks us to do something that pushes us outside of what we've always known. Let's have an honest conversation about patience, endurance, sacred waiting, and what it means to keep moving when it feels like nothing is moving at all. Sex Magic: Intention, Energy & Manifestation - Episode 12

Most people think sex is only about pleasure or procreation. But we know it's much deeper than that. I'm diving into the spiritual practice of sex magic—the intentional use of sexual energy to manifest the life you desire. From love and healing to purpose, abundance, and personal transformation, we'll explore how sexual energy can become a powerful tool for creation when it's guided with intention.  I'll walk you through: *  What sex magic is and what it isn't  *  Why sexual energy is considered life-force energy  *  How to set intentions before intimacy  *  Creating an environment that supports manifestation  *  The role of breathwork, visualization, and energetic alignment  *  Why trust, surrender, and release matter just as much as desire  Whether you're exploring this practice alone or with a partner, this conversation invites you to think differently about intimacy, manifestation, and the creative power that already exists within you.  As always, take what resonates, leave what doesn't, and trust your own discernment. I'm Scarlett Draught—heavenly minded, but always earthly good. Era of Authenticity - Episode 11

In this episode, I sat down and responded to some of the comments, questions I've gotten on social media around spirituality, religion, ancestors, authenticity, and the way people react when someone chooses to think differently. We talked about everything from Miss Cleo and spiritual gifts to Christianity, the Bible, ancestral connection, and why so many people struggle to let others walk their own path without judgment. Some moments were funny, some were intense, and some may really challenge your beliefs. More than anything, this conversation reminded me that we are living in an era where people are craving authenticity and real honesty. Whether you agree with me or not, I want this space to be one where people can question, think, reflect, and be fully themselves without fear. I’m heavenly-minded, but always earthly good. Letting Go of Labels - Episode 10

This episode is deeply personal. I’m talking about what happens when God forces you to release a version of yourself that once brought you success, validation, purpose, and applause. For me, that was owning a restaurant that became a cornerstone in the community before COVID changed everything overnight. I share the grief of losing something we built with our own hands, the pressure of carrying labels that no longer fit, and the internal battle of deciding whether to keep chasing a title or finally choose myself. This conversation is for anyone struggling to let go of who they used to be, especially when that version of them was admired, successful, or deeply tied to their identity. We’re unpacking the weight of labels, burnout, self-worth, purpose, capitalism, relationships, and what it really means to surrender the need to constantly produce in order to feel valuable. You are more than your title. More than your productivity. More than what people clap for. Sometimes the most aligned thing you can do is let go. I’m Scarlett Draught, Heavenly minded but earthly good.
