Puska speaks with former Canadian Alpine Skier, and Kapuskasing native Kelly VanderBeek about growing up in the community, and her first time skiing on the rope toe at Remi-Lake Ski Club, plus her work as a broadcaster, and attending the Olympic Games. Puska also spends time remembering the Humboldt Broncos eight years later after the accident and has a special tribute to his late wife and Puska Media Services founder Mary Ann Bedard Puska.

Puska also has a preview of the Canadian Junior Hockey League playoffs with focus on the Northern Ontario Junior Hockey League as well as the Canadian Hockey League playoffs that are about to start.
