She was self-conscious about her weight and appearance from the age of 10. Leah fluctuated with her weight from being overweight to skinny to muscular until she found her true balance with competitive eating. She talks about how having a balanced diet and fasting before consuming 1000's of calories in one sitting, she still able to maintain an amazing physique.
