In this episode I have a buddy of mine who is a successful beer brewer/connoisseur if you will. Currently working at the Manhattan Project, a brewery located in downtown Dallas, he is on a team where they brew some really great products. From pilsners, to porters, to IPA’s they have everything you’re looking for, and as you can probably tell by watching this, we enjoyed quite the variety before the interview. Sometimes I think, maybe a podcast based around alcohol isn’t the best idea but it was fun and he’s really knowledgeable about the craft! Hopefully everyone learns a little somethin’ somethin’!
