It's that time again where we look at ourselves and want to improve our health only to slack off and do it again next year. Who's with me on this? Honestly, who hasn't been in that position before? We all see the new year as something new. We want to naturally improve ourselves so we make a new year's resolution and we tell the world so others can hold us accountable. Is it wrong?
