This episode will focus more on those teachers who are actively seeking a new position in a new district, a new building, or even a new field of work. I hope to share some reassurances that there is hope after a difficult teaching experience.

Starting every day the same way in your classroom will ease all participants into the class session due to the anticipated predictability. Imagine walking into your favorite coffee spot, pizza joint, or record store. What do you expect to see, hear, smell when you enter? How does that entrance experience set your tone for the visit?
